Out The Dark
Its only darkness
That surrounds me
All light is kept at bay
These tormented thoughts
That scare and taunt
My mind be lead astray
Drown the thoughts
With brandy shorts
Gaze in my empty glass
Any trust gets turn to dust
Hope one day to
Make it last
Loneliness surrounds me
Regret has left its mark
Fighting just to find the faith
To lead me out the dark
