Our Journey
It's been a long Journey,
You and I,
Do we still, have bitter tears to cry?
Unpaved roads to cross,
Shaky bridges to defy?
I'm tired,
How about you?
My thoughts fatigue me,
Not all that new,
I'm tired of waiting
For things to change,
When they just get worse,
Or remain the same.
Throughout our Journey,
You've been my faith,
Poetry must come,
From some Unworldly Place.
