It feels so good,
A rare luxury.
This weekend off,
To enjoy poetry.
Time to indulge,
So briefly free.
Time to cherish,
Reading poetry.
Poems to write,
One maybe two.
Something original,
Something new.
Clear my mind,
Clarity of thought.
Just one impetus,
Only poetry sought.
The poetic expression is a reiteration of passion for poetry writing as also reading and enjoying life. Thanks for sharing.
