One Time Too Many
From the first time I met you
I couldn’t believe it
Couldn’t believe how amazing you were
How my heart was put back together
In the matter of a blind of an eye
I was wrapped around your finger
The place I longed to be
Close enough to feel your touch
Picture perfect as it seemed
Suddenly the world I knew
Everything fell apart
Crumbled into pieces
Heart shattered once again
You’ll never change
