Why me?
Why you?
Why us?
Why the wildness
Of the unquenchable flames?
Why all this time?
Though we see now
Through a glass darkly
And know not the reasons
Let us continue
To immerse ourselves
Blissfully
In our enchanted blending
And with idyllic forever-impunity.
