One Family Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

One Family

A-llow the Wednesday to pass,
R-ain is nowhere in view;
J-ust let the gray haze keep
A-way far from
Y-ou.

O-n early second of March,
R-ise of the sun begins;
D-awn Thursday has broken,
E-vening cold chill ends.
N-either son nor daughter
A-ims to neglect or abandon;
R-ose's petals and thorns
I-n the family are
O-ne.
