Even in the darkest times there is a light
Even when your world is full of clouds and rain,
there is blue sky.
Try as i might i can't help my perilous plight
Happiness evades me as a prey evades an eagles eye
Enjoying every moment
Laughing at the smallest things just to get by
I feel as though my heart may die
So much love but none of it mine
Tears flow freely when i allow
Yet i will not bow
Bending, but i will not break
I will Stand Strong for others sake
My heart is my one and only foe
it haunts me, never letting go
will i ever be free
Freed of this longing
Freed of this weakness
Or will i forever be alone
