There was once in my life
that true love once came
but now the love that once came
just hurt me unexpectedly

And it caused a lot of pain
every pain turned into tears
and tears from my eyes
slowly starts to drain

It hurts knowing from you
that you have found another
But what can I do?
We're just not meant to be together

I just need to accept
that some things are not better
to last forever
and that's the fact of life

Maybe parting ways
is the best for both of us
for us to grow
and be strong for another day to go

Just remember that once in your life
you have found true love
and the next time it will come
you will take care of it and love it
