Growing old is a natural phase of life,
So don't allow anxiety to paralyse your life.
keep yourself young by body & mind
To others around you be loving & kind.
Think positive & don't be rude
If the slightest failure please don't brood.
Don't in the past or the future
The present is a gift of nature.
One life to live & one life to love
Cherish the good & discharge the bad.
Worrying is going against God
Cause, you are protected like peas in a pod.
Don't ever doubt God's decision
He always makes it with precision
Do what you do whole heartedly
And live life fearlessly.
Then fear about old age will vanish away
You will love to live day by day.
