'Oh No, I'M Going To Be Late' Poem by The silent Poet

'Oh No, I'M Going To Be Late'

Late, early, different same,

I am a slave to time,

A stitch will save nine,

dropped will cost much, watch,

Clock, I-phone, all synchronised,

Laptop,30 minutes break,1/2 hour same,

When will he stop?

Thoughts perpetually in future tense,

what's next, how am I going to get home?

my present and past are one,

Unscripted circumstances, I find

myself in the embrace of times arms,

no commitments I am able to live without alarms, to breathe,

to look around, My surroundings are beautiful I note,

the Clock strikes ten, I remember then, I have to go, I'm late,

I'm gone.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This is an explanatory analysis of the situation that exists in London. Individuals are so obsessed with time that they forget that time itself is a commodity, an entity to be respected and not minipulated
