O Newton!
O Newton!
What must be in His Mind when you thought of an apple falling from a tree!
a mystery of sweet Nature
unveil'd from a Genius's mind
one flash of a brilliance
brighter than a thousand stars burn'd
a moment frozen for a destiny
a soul's eternal wish for an eternity
That moment
the sun, the moon, the planets and the stars
looked at you in a bewitched glance
spellbound as if in a slip of a balance
from their orbits
looking far far away, they whispered to each other
in great bewilder
For they had never seen
never perceived
ever felt
such an outrageous thought amongst all the bizzare events
that happen every day in their cosmic world
never heard a song so melodious from the heart of their Universe
Whilst the mother earth caressed your starlit mind in utmost care!

IT IS INDEED VERY RARE TO FIND SUCH POEMS IN POEM HUNTER; AND I WOULD LIKE TO URGE YOU TO WRITE MANY SUCH POEMS! 10! Little did Sir Isac Newton know that his work would inspire Einstein later! Einstein went on to prove that Gravity warpts time and space & keeps the planets in their eliptical motion! Yet gravity is regarded as a weak force compared to electromagnetic force! The exponents of M-Theory(combined 5string theories) say that gravity leaks out into other dimensions.String Theory is said to operate in a 11-Dimension hyper space.The other dimensions are extremely small & light cannot enter them! Only hope is Gravity! It can enter those dimensions they say! -Raj
