Nourish Poem by Cece Winters

Don't forget to nourish yourself.
We get busy whether it's work,
life, or laziness.
Take a deep breath,
Go for a walk.
Go to the beach.
Stay up all night and
watch the morning sunset rise.
Feel the air brush against your skin.
Smell the fresh cut roses.
Take your favourite novel everywhere
you go.
Take a train ride somewhere and back.
Read on the train whilst the chaos
is around you.
Tranquillised by a novel.
Just don't forget how important
you are.
