No One Cares
You told me to open my heart
To speak my thoughts out loud
But no one wanted to hear
what goes inside my mind.
I came back tired and hurt
my words thrown back at me
No one wants to fight
my demons along with me.
No one wants to see
your feelings laid bare
It's easier to say'take care'
than it is to actually care.
