Nightmares Poem by Samantha Gibson

Nightmares

Rating: 4.0

I used to dream such sweet dreams
Of you and I making schemes
All of a sudden Your demons take over your life
And you stab me with a knife
I wake up screaming so loud I cry
slowly my love starts to die
I dont know what to do any more
All my friends say to shut my open door
Every sweet dream
now blocked by a horrid beam
My love, I hate to say so
But my heart and I must go
It hurts me more than you
But I dont know what else to do
