My heart is lost
Like a song in the night
Playing to a sleeping place
Which seems so far away
All the pictures of you
Hung like portraits in my mind
I catch myself dreaming of you
And see how I smile
I’m holding back the tears
Wishing you were here
To bring my heart home again
Like a song in the night
The chorus is made for you
However distant you may be
I’ll remember you and our song
Of a heart lost in the night
