Nature's Song Poem by Audrey Kanyera

Nature's Song

The breeze murmurs softly to the trees
The trees swing gently in the rain
The rain taps soothingly to the ground
The ground, like a drum retorts dum, dum, dum, dum
Nature sings a harmonious melody.

The sun hums tenderly to the sunflowers
The sunflowers in an orchestra perform delightfully to the bees
The bees in a choir buzz melodiously to the birds
The birds applaud chip, chip, chip, chip
Nature’s song is sweet to the soul.

The sky moans lightly for the stars
The stars waltz delightfully to the moon
The moon strokes gently the waves of the ocean
The waves sing praises, waa, waa, waa, waa
Nature’s song is a masterpiece.
