With hand that heals by tender touch
With mouth that utters soothing words
With mind that learns to cure ailments
With heart of empathy for sick

The Doctor's super human soul …
Who spends his life treating the ill
Who loves the profession noble
Who tends to sick and allays pain
Who helps to heal all ills, he can.

The Doctor's super human soul …
The hero/heroine of health
The life-Savior who extends life
The friend who aids you keep health pink
The one who works amidst life's odds.

The Doctor's super human soul …
Thank him/her on this special day
Pray God to bless his life someway
Red-carnation God-sent your way
The soul who says, ‘you'll be OK! '
