My Soulmate Poem by Claude Simpson

My Soulmate

I love the stare of her eyes
Piercing without a disguise.
I think of how our love is true
Though at times I feel so blue.

We tell each other how we feel
Knowing how much love we reveal.
We appreciate our prime and spare time
Sharing our feelings with sips of wine.

Moment after moment we spend together
Blending our lives with our souls forever.
In her downtime I wipe her tears
But we face the challenges without fears.
