But soft! What light through yonder window break?
As day-by-day I feel a love so true.
It has to be the sun to whom I wake,
And love and smile at, all the day through.

If you had not become a part of me,
I would surely be half light and half dark.
But now that you have come I can believe,
That darkness will ne’er be again in my heart.

And if that day doth come to see the cloud,
As lonely as those rolling clouds may be,
My heart will only beat but half as loud
As the cries I’ll emit in missing thee.

So I to hope that you will always be
My Romeo and always beside me.
