My Princess Charming Poem by empty shell

My Princess Charming

Sometimes I smile when no one's around
My heart overflows 'n fills my body with joy
And then there are days when sadness takes hold.
Overwhelming fear naws at my bones.

Sometimes I laugh when no one can hear.
My arms imagine... mimic... a loving embrace.
Then that empty feeling starts to appear.
As the clouds brush over the sun.

Alone in my car, gripping the wheel.
I feel you holding my hand.
I open the roof and the clouds blow away.
And the Sun says, turn up the tunes.
