My Incomprehensible Poem Poem by Low Li Ling Jasmine

Your life would bloom beautifully
Because a new day would bring a new revelation
Days would not pass as the same as yesterday
Just like the world is a treasure of trovels, or so they say
Within would lay one that makes your day

How long could the effect stay within me
Before the positivity be overtaken when bleak reality gradually sinks in
I waited for so long now, nothing's a surprise

Time could not etched my past into memories
When I came into the world, I think I'm happy
As I cast curious and quizzical glances, everybody's smiling
When the meaning of the line between reality and dreams later became more definitive
I have to judge the smiles in my own standard and perspective

The meaning of this poem could not be comprehend
I don't even understand
Confusion jumbled up the train of my thoughts
I stared at the screen with a quizzical look
Like how I did, at my future.
