My Ghost Poem by Ronald Chapman

My Ghost

I can't find your lost Soul,
I can't see the color of your eyes,
Hidden by the daylight,

I'm tired of looking,
Only a dream,
Love is impossible as my life is,

My love, you have cast a spell over my heart,
Missing you my ghost,
Disappearing with the sunrise,

I look at the morning sun shaking my head,
Why?

Every time I look for you seems wrong,
I find you lying in bed next to me,
Glowing in the moonlight,

Loving you my dream is as impossible as traveling to the past,

Every time I look for you seems wrong,
I'm afraid I will find your grave,

My love,
Writing these words to you,
While remembering a dream,
You are a dream I will never forget,

I'm waiting for you, my ghost,
I love you.
