My Dear Heart Poem by Showkat Ahmad Wani

My Dear Heart

My heart! __ be brave, be brave my heart to lift
This dust for sturdy rock, and wandering beam
To radiant star to ash this fearful bird.
Let leave thy chilly sigh for scorching cheer,
And hurl this futile rag for wear of kings,
Awake! And find thy nerve to cross this path
Of murky chaos and breathe the air of sense
To know thy orbit; You did waste your spring,
And summer bright did blaze thy nerves frail;
Let feel thy loss! __ thy golden threads of poise!
And Oh! That wildly wolf that cruelly had
The every pearl been scoffed piece by piece;
Let grab thy part of bliss for autumn fruit,
And have thy part of sense to be as being.
My dear! Let fly above to get hearty glow
To light thy inner sense of heart for ME,
So wintering points will bloom the flowery beds.
