the tears swell in her eyes
while unspeakable things occur inside
deep inside, inside the heart
the broken thing might split apart
oh the agony oh the pain
i think shes going insane
i beg her not to leave
i beg her to stay
but i always have to wonder
but to my dismay
she might really leave me
she may not stay
why cant anyone see
behind her happy face
see the pain that lurks behind
oh what runs thru her twisted mind
