Moving On

I am stronger than you think
You will never make me sink
I am better than you know
You'll regret letting me go

I'll always have love for you
I still wish you loved me, too
It's time for me to move on
From thinking you are the on

If the outcome just brings pain
then there's nothing we can gain
We should go our separate ways
Our hearts will see better days

We can never go past friends
It's not worth it in the end
Let me live Let me heal
I just wish that you could feel

What I felt when we were happy and together
I just wanted you to know
That wherever you may go
I will always keep you safe in my heart

Poem of the Day

poet Sir John Suckling

Dost see how unregarded now
That piece of beauty passes?
There was a time when I did vow
To that alone;
But mark the fate of faces;
