My mother that i dearly love,
The greatest gift from god above,
You warm my heart and love me well,
Without you my life would be hell,

Raising me through life's hardships and pain,
Catching me everytime i fall down again,
You keep me warm in your tender embrace,
With a bright smile on your gentle face,

You gave me love and you gave me a home,
You can soften my heart when it turns to stone,
You wipe away my tears everytime i am sad,
You calm me down everytime i am mad,

You have given me shed from life's many evil rains,
You have tried with every drop of blood in your veins,
To raise me up, your playful child,
Tame my young desires so crazy and wild,

Your presence in my life is the greatest gift,
with you there is no load i cannot lift,
A woman who cares so much, there is no other,
That is the beauty of you, my lovely mother,
