Morning Dew Poem by Debora Short

Morning Dew

Rating: 2.2

Time cavorting
Into years
Flirtations milked
Reminding wrinkles
Skirted soft lips
Time’s scent
Sweetly smiled on
Yet, still
Desire
Rang and soared
Refreshingly like
Their morning dew

This is stunning because it says so much with so few words. I often test myself with poems like this as a little exercise to improve my word play this is great Debora. Séamus
