More Than Enough Poem by Akhtar Jawad

More Than Enough

Rating: 5.0

O God, I don't want to be the largest,
I think I am the best,
I am a man I love my walking on the earth,
With my hand in in aloving hand I have a lot of worth,
I have machines to fly,
For me enough is a flying kiss to the sky.
I don't want more than enough,
Most of the space, though vacant, still it's rough.

(Being inspired by Rose Marie Austin's poem "Ostrich".

I am deeply honored that my little poem, Ostrich had inspired a great Poet and thinker to weave a beautiful poem with a meaningful message. Yes, we should only aim what is enough for us otherwise we might prejudice others needs. A unique thought beautifully conveyed.
