When you gave birth to me
There's a lot you didn't know
You didn't know how my life would be
Or how fast I was going to grow
So you just raised me with lots of love
With the guidance and grace of above

And as great as a new mother should
Even though you didn't know much
You did an amazing job raising me (which is a full time job)
It might of not turned out the way you wanted it to
Mommy you did your best, I hope that you can see
Think of all the things you went through
And how strong its made you

Mommy you are the worlds greatest mother
I thank God that he gave me the choice to choose you
I wouldn't ask for no other

As you to me is the greatest mother, friend and protector,
My own earth angel that's what you are
I wrote this to remind you that I love you
And to thank you for being the greatest mommy that you are.
