Moment Poem by Thandolwethu Ntshintshi

Moment

In the deep enchanted seas
Swelling with purity, majestic in
Their awe I saw life, life in abundance.

Acclaiming to their richness
I summoned my thoughts
All together to grasp the
Moment for it was short lived.

I teased my way out of this world.
Traveled out to outer space
I imagined me among st the
Stars, moon and sun
Abreast I stood.

I wondered for long, long
That I could miss out on now.

It was to be short lived
A moment I enjoyed.
