Mocking Miss Bright Poem by Oluwaseun Ogunbiyi

Mocking Miss Bright

Dear Sun,

Where art thy feats at night?

Who ceased your fierce rays that bore our fright?

Our skins rain no more thou goddess of bright...

Oh golden yellow filled with light...

The nights have murdered your lofty height.
