It's hard with not having you here,
You used to comfort me,
when i was upset,
But you can no longer do that,
As you not here,
Instead i feel lonely,
I can no longer cuddle you and cry,
I can no longer tell you my secrets,
And my feelings,
I wish you were still here,
I miss you,
And i miss the things you did,
And the way you knew,
When i was upset and needed,
A hug and someone to talk to,
You came and sat on my lap,
And i would hug you so tight and cry,
But you sat there till i finished,
Even when your fur ended up wet,
From my tears,
You didn't mind as long as i was ok,
It was as if you were looking out for me,
I just wish you were still around,
I wish i could still cuddle you for hours,
But wishes don't always come true,
But your spirit still lives on in our hearts,
And soon we will be together again,
One day,
And i'll be able to cuddle you for hours,
Once again.
