Miser Queen Poem by sekharan pookkat

Miser Queen

Rating: 5.0

The miser queen of words
Stayed in her den
Turning the past pages of her life
And dreamed of wandering lands.

A soft smile appeared
In the corner of her lips for a moment
And glittered her eyes in wonder
As in a documentary scene.

The sweetness of her softness
Flew threw her face
And bloomed like green rose
Scented In the spring.

She trespassed me
Before I can cross the path
And I waved my hands in air
Against the miser queen of words

A perfect word-play about the Miser Queen of Words, painting it as mysterious as the Monalisa Smile.Reading this poem after a long time and enjoying it again.
