Miracles Poem by Sadiqullah Khan

Miracles

Khizr, the secret spirit,
Taking others on eternity’s spell,
Invisibility, be it a magic head-dress,
A genie, arising from the lamp
Of Aladdin. Miracles defy nature
We adore in awe, or our wishes come true.
Having dealt this,
The lunatic boy, who sat by my side,
Thus spake his mind,
Was he Khizr?
