Midnights Fallen Love Poem by Kelsey Decker

Midnights Fallen Love

She walks upon the night
Looking to the sky
Gazing at the stars
Looking for a sign
A sign of hope
That her brocken heart would heal

The tears, that fall from her eyes
On the floor, so clear
Like a lake in the carribians
So clear you can see its scars

She falls to her kneew
Hands in her face
A pain in her eyes
Her alone can feel the ache
The ache upon her brocken heart

The shadow of her past follows
Right behind her, in her past
A sorrow in her heart
One she alone feels

A ache she alone can feel
One she knows too well
A pain of losing someone
Who once meant the world
To her alone a long lost love
Lost in the shadow of her past.
