Memphis Inspiration Poem by Pierre Rausch

Memphis Inspiration

Covering the short distance
Away for months on end
The fragrance of the oak
The attractions of Memphis land

To do or not to do, this ground you see
Come into my arms tonight
A rising feeling on the horizon
Reinventing the meaning of love

Once more around this town
To have a great adventure
Nearby streets covering the strains
Remain by your fairy's side

To do or not to do, this ground you see
Come into my arms tonight
A rising feeling on the horizon
Reinventing the meaning of love

And slip into the fresh whites
Obey it's own rules
Stand on your own two feet
To pop into your mind

To do or not to do, this ground you see
Come into my arms tonight
A rising feeling on the horizon
Reinventing the meaning of love
