Memories Poem by Kristina Tapayan

Memories

Rating: 5.0

It was a hot, summer day
Where the pool glistened and children play
The smell of grilled meat permeated the air
It was a trip unlike anywhere
Even though we smelled like chlorine
Our skins gaining a darker sheen
All I remembered was just plain laughter
Another moment like that is what I'm after
