Mediocre Poem by Anonymous Still

Mediocre

Rating: 5.0

And sometimes I think
Everything I say has already been said
Everything I feel has already been felt
Everything I write has already been written
And the mediocrity of it all kills me
  I wonder
If I have anything solely mine
I wonder
If I should be happy to be average even in my struggles
I wonder
Why is it that (if)I matter
When everything is uniquely normal
It's s scary to think
I am not me just some already happened emotions somewhere in universe
No it doesn'tgive a sense of belonging
It bruises me when my mind mocks me
If mediocrity was a poison
My minds shouts for being full of it
To find its antidote is the help I need and the battle I fight
