Me Against Me Poem by Anika dang

Me Against Me

Me against Me
Who am I,   I cannot decide
One body it may seem
But Many faces indeed
So many adherence so many appearance
Which one to wear I cannot decide
One says go East another south
Sometimes with the word of mouth
Leaving me with dizzy mind
Making all my senses blind
Sinking heart holds me by breath
Seems darkness putting to death
The wings I bear want a high fly
Who'll tell me, now these ought not imply
Havoc of desires shove me into pit
Where heavy coherence suffocates me a bit
What choice of way for which I'll pay
Which move is harmonious how to weigh
Can someone up behind the clouds
Come down in me to my soul
Enlighten it to know my shortfall
Tired I am of me against me
Need a sleep under thy tree
Where no wisdom needed to try every move
Just unnamed affection with no disapprove
Where no kins and kinder for limiting passion
All belong to eachother with no suppression
Is it possible to have such world
Where every heart is entangled and curled
I wish it happens before I sleep
My only desire which is so deep.......
