Malala Poem by Ima Ryma

Malala

Malala, a girl just fifteen,
Believing Muslim girls should be
Able to cross the bridge between
A past held to a future free.
Leaving her school in Pakistan,
Assassins shot her in the head,
So ordered by the Taliban.
She was a threat. She must be dead.
But she survived and does prevail
To advocate for girls worldwide,
Equal chances for all female,
To better humans, side by side.

Victim of hate, Malala lives.
Victor of hope, Malala gives.

Wow. Malala will forever be a hero. Though young she sacrificed her life for many. Nice write. The message was clear and the rhymes were of beauty.
