Love Or Friendship Poem by Sandra Feldman

Love Or Friendship

There's a difference,
Between Love and Friendship,
Even though,
Sometimes deep friendships,
Easily can turn to Love.

Love is purely sentimental,
Feelings, passion, thinking of,
Paradise with one another,
Never ever looking back,
For it's then, life takes true meaning,
Blooming, with a brave beginning,
In the garden of your heart.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

I've spouted a lot of political rhetoric just now in my comments, but this poem is blessed. It lets me let go of the rhetoric - and the fear and anger behind it - and just affirm the love we share is equal to the love we give (from ABBEY ROAD, The Beatles) Yes, we can create paradise for each other on the Earth our home. So be it.
