Love Opportunities Poem by jamar jefferson

Love Opportunities

My last fleeting dream
A voice off in the distance
Liar the last words
I heard her speak upon me
How why how did you find me
Why are you here
So many questions
Buts all still unclear
Upon me she looked
Three choices I give you
Her me or neither
Which would you choose
My mind raced for
What seemed like an enteral
These two I love as they are my everything
How could you choose between those who mean the world to you
But if must then
I'll have to ask that you forgive me
I love you but I love her more
Slience be falls the room one last time tears fall
She leaves I try to follow
But yet I can't looking to the darked sky I say goodbye
