Oh! why would light begone
when light is all around
To live not touch and such
A life be lived, astound!

It's sad, I know it's sad
I think it's something mad
To hide from Love and fact
we all desire that.

I don't know what to say
that will feel more gay
Until one finds their way
Until one meets that day

For now live in the NOW
For now what's past is past
For now one breaks in smile
For now until next test.

Acknowledge source of pain
Accept it is life's game
I have been through all that
It's nothing to be ashamed

We learn from past mistakes
Next step we know to take
We hunger for the blood
We sate to feel fulfilled

Until we let it go
Until we act to show
That pain is there to teach
what we all already know.
That LOVE'S within our reach.

Give up or don't give up
The game will still restart
Give up or choose chin up
Go play, be wise and smart.
