Love is a bird that flutters by
Love is the song you hear
Love is the feeling that makes you sigh
Love gives you a happy tear

Love is spending time together
Let it be rain or shine
Whatever, whatever the weather
I am yours and your mine

Love is knowing from the start
That you belong with no-one other
That one person tugs on your heart
And that happy sigh you smother

Love is feeling a part of something fun
Hearing him say “I love you”
Saying back “the feelings mutual Hun”
And you both knowing its true

This is love
Love is this
The feeling from above
And that special kiss
