Love Hurts



When you told me we were done,
I couldn't imagine you gone,
I didn't want you to let go,
All I could think was no,
Me in your embrace,
Made me think our love was aced,
Letting go hurt too bad,
It made me so sad,
You said it was hard to say,
I knew I couldn't make you stay.
