Lost Soul Poem by Morgan Uptain

Lost Soul

In different rooms we sleep. Avoiding conversation like the plague. I'm giving you exactly what you asked for, and that was not me. So alone I sit with an unfinished story. Unable to continue protecting the soft tissue that is my heart. So I bleed out my feelings in silence. Lost and alone.
