Captured your love, yet turned you away

Why does the love fade away?

You gave your heart, you gave it all
Still they drift away

Sometimes life just pulls the love away

Love was so strong
The two were like one

Special moments, personal secrets
All taken away, to be shared with another someday

What has gotten in the way?
Who or what have stolen your love away

Sweet pampering and soul to soul talk
Still the love fade and we drift away

Use to play, like kids each day
When the love fades and stray
We lose the trust, no more kiss and play

Distracted and wants
Complacency and complaining
Will fade the love you share, then you will drift away

When the love begins to fade and stray
You cannot sit and talk, no more kiss and play
Everything becomes a drain one day

Wipe those tears, you gave your all
Wipe those tears; it’s they who have lost
