Lost Land Poem by Sandra Feldman

Lost Land

Rating: 5.0

Some,
Know, the Truth
Yet, its Lies
That stand!
Dangerous Times,
America!
Shameful Times,
America!
They've pushed
Lady Liberty
Off her stand,
And will suppress,
The best, that once
Was Found
In This now,
Lost Land.

Two By The ways! This poem gets top marks and I am now back after an absence of three weeks==my computer collapsed on me and my son-in-law ordered us a new one on Cyber Monday so I am now getting used to a new computer and finding my way back on my fav sites on the internet! Tis a lot of work- I recommend that everyone make a written record of their fav sites and their address and passwords etc. This be a pain in the neck! ! ! !

Hang in there, Sandra. I think we've been given another chance- perhaps the last one, perhaps not- -to create the America that was intended by our forefathers and those who fought for it. Kindness, love for our fellow man, and being the caretakers of our planet would be a great start and with that lovely pen of yours you could lead the charge!
