Lost And Wandering Tribes Poem by Chris Lane

Lost And Wandering Tribes

Lost and wandering tribes
scattered they were like dust in the wind
now have been gathered together again.

The oppressed became the oppressor
Whilst holding close memories of deaths fire
claiming vehemently all was preordained.

Tribes scattered to the wind, together again
espousing proudly their Maternal, Paternal lineage
Seeking for what was lost
Claiming now that they have found.
Suggesting all tribes were enslaved throughout time
