Loneliness Poem by Esther Obeng

i sat on my bed reading and writing
each and everyday
my world full of loneliness
i have no one to talk to

i travel around the world
looking for someone to
take away my loneliness
but it seems like everybody
hates me!

until this day that i found you
you took away my loneliness
you took away my shyness
you drove away my enemies

thank you for your kindness
i am no longer lonely
because you took away
everything!
